1. What We Do

Re-Set Coaching offers online coaching and training in public speaking, instruction, and communication skills — all delivered through video sessions tailored to your needs.

2. Booking Your Session

All coaching must be booked in advance.
You can reschedule or make changes up to 24 hours before your session at no charge.
Confirmed bookings are binding once scheduled.

3. Payment

  • A minimum pre-payment of two hours is required for casual hourly coaching, unless you’re booking a Quick Help session.
  • Payment is due before your first session begins.
  • All pricing is in USD. Payments can be made via Wise, PayPal or alternatively to a NZ Bank Account in NZD.

4. Quick Help Sessions

Need fast support? “Quick Help” sessions are short, focused consultations — ideal for last-minute prep, speech polishing, or class delivery tweaks. (See “Quick Help” Sessions)

They can be booked individually and don’t require the two-hour pre-payment.

5. Attendance & Timing

Please join your session on time.
If you’re late without prior notice, that time counts as part of your session.
If your coach is delayed, you’ll always receive your full booked time.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancel more than 24 hours in advance — no charge, and you can reschedule easily.
  • Cancel within 24 hours or miss a session — the fee is non-refundable.
  • Refunds for prepaid packages are only considered in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.

7. Confidentiality

Everything shared in coaching stays private.
We only release information if required by law or with your written consent.

8. Responsibility & Results

Coaching is a partnership.
We’ll guide and support you, but your growth and progress depend on your own engagement and practice.

9. Copyright & Materials

All resources, recordings, and materials from Re-Set Coaching remain our intellectual property.
Please don’t reproduce or share them without written permission.
